National Mathematics Day Celebration 2019 - 3rd At Home Competition for Students of Class VI to IX

Published by Ganit Charcha

This is inspiring for the students and maths enthusiasts to know that 22nd December is celebrated in India as National Mathematics Day. Indian legendary mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan was born on 22nd December 1887 and died on 26th April 1920 at his age of only 33 years. In order to recognize his immense contribution towards Mathematics the Government of India had declared Ramanujan’s birthday to be celebrated every year as the National Mathematics Day.

This year GanitCharcha in association with KIFSA is going to organize an ‘At Home Competition’ for the school students of Class VI to IX to celebrate National Mathematics Day of India.
